A downloadable game for Windows

In a world bleached of color, a hero must journey through an interesting landscape to find THE COLOR CODEX - a mystical book which will probably save the world, I hope.  In every level, you have to platform your way to a strange floating mass of oyster crackers, for unknown reasons, and make your way towards an ancient enemy.  Currently, there are two worlds to explore, with 8 levels inside of each,  plus some extra ones, but there will be much more in future updates.  Oh, and by the way, this game is difficult.  Good luck!

If you find any bugs in the game that aren't already listed in the comments, please let me know.  Thank you!

I'm going to be honest here, I'm kind of done with this project but I wanted to put everything I had made out there, just to document it I guess.  Look forward to new projects in the future!

Install instructions

You should be able just unzip the folder and run the .exe inside.  If you want it on your desktop, you can right click the .exe and choose "create shortcut", and you can put that shortcut wherever you want (you can't take the .exe out of its folder).  The game is meant to be played in a 16:9 resolution, I would recommend using f11 to unfullscreen it if your laptop and resizing the window to be the right resolution.

Bugs that I'm aware of and are working to fix:

  • You can see the tutorial for a moment when starting up the game after you've already done the tutorial
  • You can cheese the boss fight using floating cannons
  • Your corpse doesn't move
  • Some pixels are irregularly stretched
